Return and Refund Policy:

Being a consumable product, no returns shall be accepted for any purchase made via www.creavesy.in. With that being said, in case of damages during transit or in an event of order mismatch, full refund/replacement would be granted, Though this would be subject to validation from our customer support function and would be treated case to case basis.

• The request for refund/replacement should be communicated to the Craftsmen team via contact@cravesy.com within 30 days from the date of order placement.
• The refund shall be processed via the same payment method with which you have made the purchase.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. So, your refund amount would be adjusted against the shipping cost levied at the time of purchase.

Shipping Policy

We are a stickler for keeping our word and hence we only work with the best in the industry to entrust them with our delivery promise to you.

• An email would be sent as an acknowledgment of the purchase.
• All orders placed would be processed within 24-48 Hrs from the time of Order placement.
• An email enclosing tracking details for your order would be shared once your order is shipped.

Cancelation Policy

In case you want to cancel your order, you can do so, any time before your order is dispatched. Since the bundle would be made exclusively for you, we will not be able to cancel or refund the order once the order is dispatched from our end.
